When we first walked into the hotel, the rooms smelled very nice, and they were great, large, and comfortable. However, there was a waft of stale cigarettes lingering, and we found some trash behind one of the beds. The service had familiar faces and helpful staff, but the check-in was rude, and the free continental breakfast was disappointing. The location was fantastic for hiking and canoeing, being near a canoe rental and across from a Walmart. The dining experience was quite limited, and we expected more for the price of the room. Overall, it's a mixed bag with some nice features but room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though spotless, had a musty smell like wet carpet for a few weeks, but overall, they were good with no visible issues. The service was extremely polite and helpful, despite a hiccup with my tax exempt voucher. The location was clean, not overpowering with chlorine, and easily accessible, with the added convenience of being close to the interstate for hiking trails. The dining options were limited to a basic continental breakfast, but it was appreciated. The facilities were functional, and the price seemed reasonable, with a small drawback of packaged breakfast items.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though clean and updated, felt a bit cramped, especially with all our winter hiking gear. However, the pricing seemed quite high for the basic facilities in need of updates. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with extremely helpful staff but some noise complaints. The location, ideal for visiting Hocking Hills State Park, was great with nearby amenities, although the food packaging was a bit off-putting. The dining experience, while adequate, was not particularly varied or healthy. Overall, it was a decent stay with ups and downs.
